In my topic I will go through my experience in delegation and empowerment in the way of building the account from one (5 people) to four (20 people) fully self-organized Scrum teams and how my time spent within this account was appropriately reduced (preliminary on 4 times as well:) ) by using the specific practices and acting in the right way. We will cover such topics: – how to be a wizard for your people, but not a boss – empowerment versus delegation – how to use the maturity vs authority matrix when you delegate – What is the main enemy in building the self-organized and self-empowered teams
